Migrate all sites to Cloudflare CDN

This site started using Cloudflare CDN on February 25.

We had no particular trouble with this site, which is running on an ABLENET rental server, so we migrated our other site to the Cloudflare CDN on April 1.

In the case of the Lolipop! rental server, I was able to use it by changing the connection to Cloudflare to https.

After a few days and no problems, we migrated the one remaining site to Cloudflare CDN.

We used to use QUIC.cloud CDN. However, the bandwidth capacity of the standard plan was low, and we were running out of bandwidth quickly. By migrating to Cloudflare CDN, we can now use the bandwidth without worrying about how much is left.

I’m sure it will be fine, but I will keep a close eye on it to make sure there is no trouble.

Be aware of SSL expiration dates

For Lolipop! Rental Server, you need to pay attention to the expiration date of the SSL certificate.

SSL certificates are supposed to be renewed automatically before they expire, but if you use a CDN (either QUIC.cloud or Cloudflare), Lolipop! rental servers will not renew them and send you an email.

It seems that the automatic SSL renewal does not work unless the DNS name servers are set to Lollipop or Muumuu Domain.

Once you receive the email, change the DNS to Muumuu Domain, and once the SSL certificate is updated, change back to Cloudflare CDN and you are good to go.

I have migrated all of my sites to Cloudflare CDN and all of my CAPTCHAs to Cloudflare Turnstile.

We will keep a close eye on it and see if we can get a stable connection.
