We are in the process of migrating to a multilingual site with the Bogo plugin.

The number of multilingual articles will be 5 as of January 25, 2025.Links to English articles only are provided below.

Top pages for each language are also in the process of being migrated.

For some reason, the catchphrase does not switch when the locale is switched.I have included the catchphrases for each language in the text translation, but why?

The comment input field for each article is switched to each language.

The text at the top of the blog is temporarily supported by using the Block Visibility plugin to show or hide the text for each URL.

  • Japanese is hidden if the URL contains /en/ or /zh/.
  • In English, displayed when /en/ is included in the URL
  • For Simplified Chinese, display if /zh/ is included in the URL

Other Japanese displays will be handled in the same way for now.It will look like this.

As you can see, the three titles are displayed side by side on the template screen.”最新の記事”, “最新文章”, “RECENT ARTICLES”, one of the following will be displayed

Somehow, I think it would be easier to migrate the blog top page to fixed pages. If we make it into template parts, we only need to place header, template parts for body part, and footer blocks on the fixed pages.

We will first make the top page of each language somewhat visible, and then consider making the top of the blog a fixed page.
